1. Account Eligibility and Registration

You must provide a valid email address and an accurate username during registration.
Each user is strictly permitted to create and operate only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral rewards or system systems will result in an immediate and permanent ban of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Anti-Fraud Policy (VPN, Proxies, and Cheating)
To maintain a secure network for our advertising partners, FreeCoin enforces a zero-tolerance policy against cheating:

The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Proxies, VPS, Tor browsers, or any location-spoofing software is strictly prohibited.
Using emulators, automated bots, macros, or scripts to automate task completion is illegal and will be detected by our security firewalls.
If our system detects any violation of these anti-fraud rules, your account will be permanently terminated, your active balance will be forfeited, and your IP address will be blacklisted without prior notice.

3. Earnings and Offerwall Compliance

Points or coins are awarded only after successful confirmation from our third-party offerwall partners via secure postback protocols.
FreeCoin is not liable for delayed or missing rewards from third-party advertisers. If an advertiser reverses or declines a charge due to non-compliance, FreeCoin reserves the right to deduct the corresponding points from your balance.
Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any offerwall or inside FreeCoin to gain unauthorized points will lead to immediate account termination.

4. Cashout and Payout Rules

Users can request a withdrawal (Cashout) once they reach the minimum payout threshold specified on the payout page.
All cashouts are subject to a manual or automated security review to verify compliance with our Terms of Use. This verification review process can take up to 24–72 hours.
You must provide correct cryptocurrency wallet addresses or payment destinations. FreeCoin is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect details provided by the user.

5. Referral System Rules

Users can earn additional rewards by inviting new members using their unique referral link.
You are strictly prohibited from inviting yourself (self-referral) or utilizing automated click-farms to generate fake referral accounts.
Spamming your referral link on forbidden traffic sources or sending unsolicited bulk messages (SPAM) is strictly banned.

6. Limitation of Liability
FreeCoin provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. FreeCoin shall not be liable for any direct or indirect financial losses resulting from site maintenance, database loss, or external provider downtime.

7. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to revise and change these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
